The team has successfully arrived at Prudential Tower, located on Cecil Street, surrounded by a bustling environment with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The team entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

However, no information related to VTB Capital was found on the directory inside the building. The team attempted to go to the target floor, the 23rd floor, and after communicating with the front desk staff, they learned that the company had likely moved out before the pandemic. Therefore, it was impossible to reach the specific floor and confirm the exact location, let alone enter the company's premises. Since they couldn't enter the company, they couldn't take photos of the front desk or its logo, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the lobby area, the team was unable to observe the internal environment of the company, and the overall situation did not match its claimed positioning of still operating here.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer VTB Capital does not exist at the above address.
