On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker Etrans as planned according to its regulatory address that 2 Queen Street, Suite 801 Level 8, 2 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

The investigators arrived at 2 Queen Street in Melbourne of Victoria, Australia for a visit to the brokers office on December 19, 2023, and located a modern commercial building in the vibrant city center. With a coveted place, the structure is easily accessible via public transports in close proximity to tram stations.

Upon access to the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a digital directory in the lobby, which displayed that “E-Trans” was situated in suite 801.

Upon arrival at suite 801 on the 8th floor via the elevator, the inquiry team discovered the company name and logo of Etrans with ease on the door of its office. Unfortunately, the people weren‘t allowed to visit the working area due to the access control system. Therefore, the inquiry team failed to take photos inside the company’s office, and the specific company size of the broker is unconfirmed.

Through the on-site investigation, its confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker Etrans as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
