Reasons for Field Survey

The Vietnamese foreign exchange market is an emerging foreign exchange market that has developed in recent years. With the continuous development of Vietnam's economy, foreign exchange trading has gradually occupied an important position in Vietnam's financial sector. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of Vietnam's foreign exchange brokers, the on-site investigation team went to Vietnam for field visits.

Field Survey Process

The on-site inspection team proceeded as planned to Vietnam to visit the foreign exchange broker VIET CAPITAL. According to publicly available information, their office address is Bitexco Financial Tower, 15th Floor, 2 Hai Trieu, District 1, HCMC.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Vietnam according to a well-planned strategy. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer VIET CAPITAL.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer VIET CAPITAL claimed to be located at Bitexco Financial Tower, 15th Floor, 2 Hai Trieu, District 1, HCMC.

The on-site inspector successfully arrived at the Bitexco Financial Tower, which is located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. No company logo or related information was found on the exterior of the building, but a clear panoramic view of the building could be captured.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. Inside the building, they found the company's directory board, which displayed the company's name.

Due to the building having very strict access control, it was impossible to enter without swiping a card, so we were unable to reach the target floor, the 15th floor, and confirm the specific location, nor could we enter the company. This office is not a shared office, and we were also unable to take a photo of the reception desk and the reception desk's logo.

Since it is not possible to enter the company's interior, we can only know that the internal office environment is not accessible. However, overall, this is a very high-end office building in Vietnam, and the overall environment of the building, among other aspects, to some extent aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer VIET CAPITAL exists at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary 

The on-site investigator went to Vietnam as planned to visit the forex broker VIET CAPITAL. At the publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the broker could be seen, indicating that the broker has a genuine business location. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
