Purpose

To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in this region, the survey team conducted an on-site visit to Hong Kong.

Process

This issue's field inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to visit the forex broker BSL. According to public information, its office address is 20 - 21 Floor, 83 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced site visit team, with a sense of mission to strictly scrutinize for investors, following a detailed plan, went to Hong Kong, China. They conducted an on-site inspection of the broker BSL claiming to be located at the above address.

The site visit personnel successfully arrived at the building of the address, located at 83 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The surrounding area has a strong commercial atmosphere, with bustling streets and a variety of financial institutions and commercial shops. However, no signage or relevant information of the broker BSL was found on the exterior of the building.

The site visit personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication, they obtained permission to enter the building.

After arriving at the target floor 20-21, the site visit personnel found no obvious signage for the broker BSL's office area, nor did they see any related security measures. Since there were no indications of the company on the entire floor, and inquiries with staff from other companies on the floor indicated they had not heard of the company, they were unable to enter the so-called 'internal office area', did not photograph the reception desk or its LOGO, and the floor was not a shared office.

Looking from the public area of the floor towards the direction where the office might be located, they also could not see any internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities related to the broker. After arriving, they confirmed it was the address, but found no information about the broker. Inquiring with the security guard, they were told the company did not exist. The overall situation did not match its claimed position, and it was judged to be false.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker BSL does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The field investigator went to Hong Kong, China as planned to visit forex broker BSL in person. At its publicly displayed business address, the company name or other information of the broker could not be found, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Please make your decision after comprehensive consideration.
