The field investigator proceeded to the Fındıklı area in Istanbul based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the office premises of the dealer Yatırım Finansman who claimed to be located at Meclis-i Mebusan Cad. 81.

The field survey personnel successfully arrived at the target street in the Fındıklı district, which is located in the bustling area of central Istanbul. The surrounding environment is clean and orderly, with a strong commercial atmosphere, and there are several commercial office buildings and financial institutions nearby. At the entrance of the street, the survey personnel did not find any obvious company signs or billboards related to Yatırım Finansman.

The field survey personnel entered a commercial building within the area, explained their purpose to the security guard, and hoped to enter the building to check if there was any office information for Yatırım Finansman. After communication, the security guard did not grant the field survey personnel permission to enter, citing the reason that 'prior appointment is required for entry'. The on-site investigator went to Turkey as planned to visit the foreign exchange dealer Yatırım Finansman. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the dealer was found. Furthermore, on-site observation and communication revealed that the address is actually the office area of TSKB Bank, and there is no business premises of Yatırım Finansman. Therefore, the dealer does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
