According to the regulatory information, the company address of GTI Markets is Level 12, 87-95 Pitt Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

Since the office building indicated by regulatory information is located near a crowded shopping center, the investigation staff found it smoothly.

Afterwards the investigation staff entered the building. After scrutinizing the signboard in the lobby, the staff did not find any information about GTI Markets.

To obtain more information, the investigation staff took the elevator to the 12th floor and found the whole floor a shared workplace. The investigation staff inquired of the worker and learned that only when there is a meeting will the crew of GTI Markets operate here.

It is ascertained by the investigation staff that the address of GTI Markets is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information.Since the broker overruns the business scope regulated by ASIC Common Financial License(No.500991).
