Reasons for Field Survey

The Japanese foreign exchange market is one of the world's most important forex trading markets, boasting a long history, a mature financial system, and strict regulatory mechanisms. It holds a crucial position in the global forex market. With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.

Field Survey Process

This issue's field research team traveled to Tokyo as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of the brokerage firm Money Design. Publicly available information lists its office address as 1-9-13 Sankaido Building, 1F, Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

The professional and experienced field research team, driven by a sense of responsibility to rigorously verify the business for investors, followed a carefully crafted plan and traveled to Tokyo. 

Based on the aforementioned address, they conducted an on-site inspection of Money Design, a brokerage firm listed as located at 1-9-13 Sankaido Building, 1F, Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

The field research team successfully arrived at the building listed at the address, but the scene they encountered was unexpected: the building was currently under construction, and the surrounding area and streets were in poor condition. From the exterior, the field research team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building. Due to the construction site, no signage related to Money Design was visible.

The field research team attempted to enter the building lobby but was unsuccessful. Furthermore, because the building was a construction site, the surveyors were unable to inspect the signage, and no Money Design logo was found inside or outside the building.

Due to the ongoing construction, the surveyors were unable to reach the specific floor or confirm the specific location of the broker, and naturally, were unable to enter the alleged Money Design premises. The overall appearance of the building indicated that the address was not a shared office, and no photographs of the reception desk bearing the Money Design logo could be taken from the outside or any other observable angle.

Therefore, the survey confirmed that the Money Design brokerage did not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Money Design as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
