Relying on the location advantages of a free port and a sound financial regulatory system, it has long served as an important hub connecting the mainland with the global forex market. It has high trading activity and a mature compliance system, and gathers a large number of licensed institutions and various other forex-related institutions. To help investors more comprehensively identify the actual operating conditions of forex dealers in the region, the field inspection team traveled to Hong Kong, China for an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue, the field inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker GWCC Gold. According to public information, its office address is Room 11, 9/F, Heng Yun International Centre, No. 44 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, went to Hong Kong, China, according to a well-planned schedule. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker GWCC Gold, which claimed to be located at Room 11, 9th Floor, Hang Wan International Centre, 44 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.

The team successfully arrived at Hang Wan International Centre, which is located in the core commercial area of Wong Chuk Hang, with a well-developed surrounding transportation network, close to MTR stations, a clean overall street environment, and numerous Grade A commercial office buildings nearby, creating a strong commercial atmosphere.

The team took a complete panoramic photo of the building. After carefully inspecting the exterior area of the building, they found no company signage or related display information bearing the name GWCC Gold.

The team entered the lobby on the first floor of the building, stated their purpose to the on-site security, completed the routine visitor registration process, and successfully obtained permission to enter the interior of the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 9th floor, the on-site inspectors found the corresponding location of Room 11. Throughout the process, they found no obvious signage or related displays in the office area of GWCC Gold. Because they did not have access permission for the corresponding company in this area, they could not enter the interior area. This visit confirmed that it was impossible to photograph the broker's reception desk and the LOGO at the reception desk, and the premises were not a shared office.

Observing through the exterior glass of the room, it was impossible to obtain effective information about the internal office environment. The on-site staff clearly stated that unauthorized personnel were not allowed to enter the area, and it was completely impossible to view the actual internal situation. Based on all the information from the on-site visit, no business traces related to GWCC Gold were found throughout the process.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker GWCC Gold does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct a field visit to the forex broker GWCC Gold. At the publicly displayed business address, they were unable to see the broker's company name or other information. After asking the security guard on site, they received the reply that there was no such company at this address, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
