Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

As per the plan, the field survey team went to Hong Kong for an on-site verification of the broker HENG DA, which claims its office to be located at Suite A3, 32nd floor, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong.

Adopting a meticulous and responsible attitude, the professional survey team initiated the inspection based on the given address information.

The surveyors arrived at United Centre, a building with a sense of history, conveniently connected to the subway station, with a plain company campus and street environment, and a rich surrounding business atmosphere. From outside the building, the surveyors were able to clearly capture the panorama of the building; however, they found no sign of HENG DA.

The surveyors entered the building lobby, which had the characteristics of an older commercial building. Yet, when checking the directory in the lobby, they did not find the company name of HENG DA, which did not provide any guidance to the company's location.

The surveyors attempted to go to the 32nd floor, only to discover that the floor merely contained a law firm, with no signs of Suite A3 or any trace of HENG DA, and the company's logo was also not within the building. Thus, the surveyors were not able to confirm the specific office location, could not enter the interior of the company, and naturally, couldn't photograph the reception or its logo. It was confirmed that this location was not a shared office space, further proving that HENG DA does not operate here.

Therefore, following the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker HENG DA does not have a genuine business premises.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker HENG DA as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
