The inspectors arrived at the target building  successfully, which is located in a specific area of London with a relatively bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information about EldenFinance was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the inspectors found no clear signage about the EldenFinance office area and no related security measures. As there was no directory or other information for the company within the building, the inspectors could not confirm its specific location and thus were unable to enter the interior. Furthermore, they could not photograph the company's reception area or logo, and the office area was not a shared workspace.

Due to the inability to enter, and only observing from the lobby area, the inspectors could not observe the company's internal environment, style of decoration, or staff activities, and found no information regarding this broker. Upon inquiry, the security personnel stated that no such company existed, leading to the judgment that it was false.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker EldenFinance does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At its public business address, no information, such as the company name of the broker, could be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
