Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team, as scheduled, undertook an on-site visit to the broker JinDao in Hong Kong. Public information indicates its office address as Room 505, 5th Floor, Chung Wo Commercial Building, 42-46 Shanghai Street, Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

With a professional attitude to be responsible for investors, the field survey team carried out on-site verification of JinDao according to the above address information.

Surveyors arrived in the Jordan area of Kowloon, Hong Kong, and reached the Chung Wo Commercial Building where the address is. The building's company park and street environment are average, and the surrounding business environment mainly consists of communities and small-scale merchants. Outside the building, surveyors can capture a clear panoramic view of the building, but no JinDao signs were found.

Surveyors entered the building lobby smoothly. The lobby environment mirrors common commercial buildings. However, when checking the lobby brand, the company name of JinDao was not found, so no information directing to its location could be acquired.

Surveyors tried to proceed to the 5th floor, only to find out from the lobby sign that room 505 is actually a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic, not JinDao's office. Thus, the specific location of the company could not be confirmed, and entrance into the company was impossible, therefore, no photos of the reception and reception LOGO could be taken. Following confirmation, the place is not a shared office, and no signs related to JinDao were found, further corroborating that the company does not operate there in reality.

Therefore, as confirmed after the field survey, the broker JinDao does not have a real operating place.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
