Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Hong Kong, China, as planned, to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker JIAS. Publicly available information lists its office address as B5, 2/F, Man Nin Building, 116-118, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

The professional and experienced inspection team, driven by a commitment to rigorous investor protection, followed a carefully planned trip to Hong Kong, China. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to JIAS.

The inspection team successfully arrived at Man Nin Building, a very old commercial building with outdated facilities and a mediocre environment. The inspection team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building, but found no signs or information related to JIAS on the exterior.

The inspection team attempted to enter the building lobby but was denied entry and was unable to inspect the relevant information inside. Since they were unable to enter the lobby, they naturally could not find any signage displaying the company's name inside the building, nor was the JIAS logo found on the exterior or inside.

Despite being unable to enter the lobby, the surveyors managed to reach the second floor and attempt to locate B5. However, after a thorough search of the second floor, they found no information regarding JIAS, nor any corresponding signage, preventing them from entering the alleged company office area.

Since they were unable to enter the company and were unable to capture photos of the reception desk or its logo from the exterior, it was concluded that the company's internal office environment did not exist.

Therefore, the survey confirmed that the trading company JIAS did not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker JIAS as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
