According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker was located at Level 27, 25 Bligh Street, Sdyney NSW 2000. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.

The surveyor drove to the quite new office building indicated by the regulation address and then took the elevator ro the 17th floor after entering the building.

The surveyor found a floor guide crowded with company names and saw Rubix FX’s name after reading the guide in the aisle carefully.

Then the surveyor found the whole floor belonged to Gleneagle. As was informed, Rubix FX was a subsidiary of the group. The surveyor then came to the office of this Austrlia licensed broker and saw a electric screen on which existed the broker’s logo.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of Rubix FX in Australia was different from its regulation address. The broker had a full liense issued by ASIC.
