Purpose
The Singapore foreign exchange market is an emerging foreign exchange market that developed in the 1970s alongside the rise of the Asian dollar market. It is one of the world's important foreign exchange trading centers, attracting numerous international financial institutions and investors with its superior geographical location, stable political environment, and well-developed financial infrastructure. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in this region, the team traveled to Singapore for on-site visits.
Process
The team went to Singapore as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Global FT Market. According to public information, its office address is No.51, The Signature Building, Changi Business Park Central 2, No.04-05, The Signature, Singapore - 486066.
A professional and experienced team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a meticulous plan to the target area in Singapore. They conducted an on-site inspection of the broker Global FT Market, which claims to be located at the aforementioned address.
The team successfully arrived at The Signature Building, which is located within a technology industrial park in Singapore. It is a luxury office building within the park, with a relatively quiet surrounding environment and average commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.
The team entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After brief communication, permission to enter was granted. But photography was not allowed inside the lobby.
However, upon entering the building, it was discovered that there was no directory information regarding Global FT Market within the office building, nor did the company have its own floor information. As it was impossible to confirm the specific floor and location, the team could not reach the target floor and thus could not confirm whether the company existed at this location.
Since the target floor could not be reached, it was impossible to enter the company's interior, nor could photos be taken of Global FT Market's reception area or logo. This area was also not a shared office space. The company's interior could not be observed through public areas either.
Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Global FT Market does not exist at the aforementioned address.
Conclusion
The team visited the forex broker Global FT Market at its public business address in Singapore as planned, but could not find information such as the broker's company name at that location, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine physical business premises. Please consider this comprehensively before making your investment decision.
