Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

As planned, this time's inspection team traveled to Hong Kong to verify the alternate address claimed by broker Midas Securities: Room 1705, 17/F, Jubilee Centre, 18 Fenwick Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The professional inspection team, acting with rigor and responsibility, conducted their investigation based on the aforementioned address.

The inspection team arrived at Jubilee Centre again. Located near the Wan Chai MTR station, the building boasts a dense commercial district, high traffic volume, a pleasant corporate campus, and a vibrant business atmosphere. From the exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building, but found no Midas Securities signage.

The inspection team successfully entered the building lobby, which appeared to be consistent with previous inspections and typical commercial building conditions. Upon inspection of the lobby sign, they noticed the broker's name and room number.

The inspection team took the elevator to the 17th floor and, upon arrival, located Room 1705, found it closed. They were unable to confirm whether it was the office space of Midas Securities, and the company's logo was not visible inside the building. Therefore, the inspection team was unable to enter the company and, naturally, was unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo. It was confirmed that the location was not a shared office, further confirming that Midas Securities Jinyuan Securities did not actually operate there.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that Midas Securities Jinyuan Securities did not have a physical business location.

Field Survey Summary

Surveyors visited Midas Securities' alternate address and, while they found a sign with the firm's name on the 17th floor, the corresponding room, Room 1705, was closed, making it impossible to verify its actual operations. Overall, it is concluded that the firm still does not have a physical location. Investors are advised to remain vigilant and exercise caution to avoid unnecessary losses.
