Process

The inspection team went to the United Kingdom as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker BLUEOAK CAPITAL. According to public information, its office address is 126 Jermyn Street, London, England, SW1Y4UJ.

A professional and experienced site visit team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, proceeded according to a well-planned schedule to the target area in the UK. They conducted a physical verification of the trader BLUEOAK CAPITAL, which claims to be located at 126 Jermyn Street, London, England, SW1Y 4UJ.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building,  which was located in a bustling area of London with clean surroundings and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information about this trader was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors attempted to enter the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they were unable to obtain entry permission. Upon inquiry with the security guard, they were informed that there was no such company.

Since there was absolutely no information about this company around the building, the inspectors could not reach the target floor or enter the interior. They also failed to find obvious signage at the office area of BLUEOAK CAPITAL or capture photos of its reception area and logo, and the location was not a shared office.

Due to the inability to enter, through public areas, the site visit personnel could not observe the company's internal environment or any other conditions. They found no information about this trader, concluding it was false.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that trader BLUEOAK CAPITAL does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker BLUEOAK CAPITAL in the UK as planned. At its public business address, the broker's company name and other information could not be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to consider this comprehensively when making their choice.
