Maslak Mahallesi Sümer Sokak No: 3, Istanbul, Türkiye

Reasons for Field Survey
Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.
Field Survey Process
This time, the inspection team traveled to Istanbul as planned to inspect the ACX brokerage. The listed address for the inspection is Maslak Mahallesi, Sümer Sokak, Ayazağa Ticaret Merkezi, No. 3/14, Şişli, Sarıyer, İstanbul (Maslak Mahallesi, Sümer Sokak, Ayazağa Ticaret Merkezi, No. 3/14, Şişli-Sariyer district, Istanbul).
The professional inspection team, maintaining a rigorous inspection attitude, arrived at Ayazağa Ticaret Merkezi with precision and conducted on-site verification based on the publicly available address.
The inspection team first observed the target building and its surroundings, capturing a complete panoramic view from the exterior. Although the commercial center is a high-end office complex, no signs of ACX-related business operations were observed.
The inspection team subsequently successfully entered the company lobby—which boasted exquisite interior decoration. However, after repeatedly checking the lobby signage, they found no company name associated with ACX, nor any records of any institution corresponding to No. 3/14. They could only confirm that the signage system itself was intact and valid, further confirming the doubts about ACX's connection to the address. Furthermore, the inspection team conducted a thorough search of prominent locations, including the lobby, elevator lobby, and exterior walls, but found no ACX logo, ruling out the possibility of branding being overlooked.
To confirm the exact location of No. 3/14, the inspection team consulted the lobby receptionist and property management staff. After searching the internal registration system, they confirmed that no ACX registration information had been found, indicating that no such brokerage was operating there. Consequently, the inspection team was unable to obtain permission to ascend the stairs, preventing them from reaching their target floor to confirm No. 3/14's location, enter the company, or photograph the reception desk and logo associated with ACX.
Therefore, after on-site investigation, it was confirmed that the broker ACX does not exist at the above address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the ACX as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
