Reasons for Field Survey
The Japanese foreign exchange market is one of the world's most important forex trading markets, boasting a long history, a mature financial system, and strict regulatory mechanisms. It holds a crucial position in the global forex market. With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.
Field Survey Process
This time, the on-site inspection team traveled to Japan as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker INVAST Securities. Publicly available information lists its office address as 1-chōme-5-6 Higashinihonbashi, Chuo City, Tokyo, Japan, 103-0004.
With a sense of mission to ensure strict investor protection, the professional and experienced inspection team traveled to Japan according to a carefully planned visit. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site inspection of INVAST Securities.
Based on the address information, the inspection team traveled to the Higashi-Nihonbashi area of Chuo Ward, Tokyo, and visited the broker INVAST, which claimed to be located at 1-chōme-5-6 Higashinihonbashi, Chuo City, Tokyo, Japan, 103-0004. Invista Securities conducted an on-site inspection.
The inspection team successfully arrived at the office building at the address. Located on a Tokyo street, the building boasts a pleasant surrounding environment, well-equipped commercial facilities, and an overall positive business atmosphere. The building's exterior was clearly visible, allowing the inspection team to capture a clear panoramic view.
However, as the building was closed that day, the inspection team was unable to enter the lobby. However, they did observe a sign outside the building clearly stating the company name, INVAST Securities. The company logo was also displayed both inside and outside the building.
Because the building was closed, the inspection team was unable to reach the specific floor and confirm the location. They were also unable to enter the building, so they were unable to capture photos of the reception desk or its logo. They were also unable to directly observe the internal office environment and could only infer the general condition based on the relevant information.
Therefore, the inspection confirmed that the brokerage firm, INVAST Securities, existed at the aforementioned address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited INVAST accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
