Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Aly Financial in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is RM 1608D, 16/F, HO KING COMMERCIAL CENTRE, 2-16 FA YUEN STREET, MONGKOK, KOWLOON, HK.

A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, proceeded according to a well-planned schedule to Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker Aly Financial which claims to be located at RM 1608D, 16/F, HO KING COMMERCIAL CENTRE, 2-16FA YUEN STREET, MONGKOK, KOWLOON HK.

The verification personnel successfully arrived at HO KING COMMERCIAL CENTRE. This location is situated in Mong Kok, with bustling surrounding streets and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information for Aly Financial was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, permission to enter was granted.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 16th floor, the verification personnel found that the office area for Aly Financial had no clear signage and no security measures. However, as no trace of the company was found, the personnel could not enter the interior. Furthermore, they were unable to photograph the reception area and its LOGO. This office was not a shared workspace.

Through the public areas on the floor, the verification personnel were unable to observe information related to Aly Financial's internal office environment. Inside the building, no directory board or information for this company was found. Its authenticity is questionable, and the overall situation does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it is confirmed that broker Aly Financial does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker's publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but was unable to see any information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
