ถนนวิทยุ, Pathum Wan, Bangkok, Thailand

Reasons for Field Survey
Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.
Field Survey Process
This time, the inspection team traveled to Bangkok as planned to inspect the public office addresses of foreign exchange broker CGSI, located at 130-132 Sindhorn Tower 2, 2nd and 3rd Floors and Sindhorn Tower 3, 12th Floor, Wireless Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330.
Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of the address for investors, the professional inspection team, after pre-arranging the addresses and route planning across two towers and multiple floors, first arrived at Sindhorn Tower 2 and then proceeded to Sindhorn Tower 3, conducting comprehensive on-site inspections based on the publicly available addresses.
The inspection team first arrived at Sindhorn Tower 2, capturing unobstructed panoramic views from the exterior. This building is a prestigious office building in Bangkok, surrounded by five-star hotels, luxury shopping malls, and international financial institutions. The company campus and streetscape exude a vibrant atmosphere, imbued with a high-end business atmosphere.
The inspection team then easily entered the company lobby, which perfectly matched its designation as a luxury office building. Thanks to effective communication, the surveyors successfully obtained permission to enter the building. They first proceeded to the second floor of Sindhorn Tower 2. CGSI's reception desk was visible upon arrival, and the surveyors successfully photographed the reception desk and its logo. They then proceeded to the third floor, confirming that this was also CGSI's office area.
Then, the surveyors proceeded to the adjacent Sindhorn Tower 3, following the building's procedures and reaching the 12th floor. They successfully confirmed CGSI's specific office location on that floor and gained access to the company's premises. Upon entry, their observations confirmed that all office areas were exclusively CGSI-owned, not shared, ruling out the possibility of a shared office.
Thus, the survey confirmed the existence of the trading company CGSI at the aforementioned address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited CGSI as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
