Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

For this issue, the survey team planned to visit the broker BOA in Hong Kong. According to the public information, the stated office address is Unit B, 6/F, Sang Woo Building, 227 - 228 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

With a strong sense of responsibility for rigorous verification, the professional and experienced field survey team proceeded to Hong Kong according to the planned schedule, embarking on a field survey of the broker BOA based on the stated address.

The surveyors, guided by the stated address, went to the Wan Chai area of Hong Kong to conduct a field survey on the broker BOA, who claimed its location to be at Unit B, 6/F, Sang Woo Building, 227 - 228 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The surveyors managed to reach the specified Sang Woo Building. The building is located near Wan Chai, frequented by pedestrians, and the surrounding commercial atmosphere is decent. However, the building itself is quite old and narrow. The company's environment and surrounding streets are ordinary. From the outside of the building, the surveyors managed to successfully capture the entire view of the building, but found no signs related to BOA.

The surveyors successfully entered the building's lobby. Upon closely examining the lobby directory, they did not find BOA's company name. Simultaneously, no logo pertaining to BOA was found inside or outside the building.

Surveyors smoothly made their way to the 6th floor and confirmed the exact location of Unit B on reaching the target floor. However, upon careful inspection of the location, they did not find any information related to BOA. Due to the absence of any traces of the broker, the surveyors could not gain entry into what was supposed to be the interior of BOA. Considering the overall situation of the building, it was confirmed that the location is not a shared office space, and there was no BOA logo that could be photographed from any observable angle, externally or otherwise.

Therefore, following the field survey, it is confirmed that the broker BOA is not located at the stated address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker BOA as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
