Field Survey Process

The field survey team planned to visit the broker, Pandora Finance, in Hong Kong. According to public information, its office address is Room 702, 7/F, Spa Centre, 53-55 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, with a commitment to investors, conducted a field verification of Pandora Finance based on the provided address information.

The surveyors went to the Wan Chai area and arrived at the Spa Centre building. The building is an old commercial tower with an average environment around the company campus and street. The surveyors were able to take clear photos of the entire building from the outside, but there were no signs of Pandora Finance.

The surveyors successfully entered the building lobby, which fits the characteristics of an old commercial building. But the company Pandora Finance was not found in the lobby directory, and could not obtain location guidance for the company.

The surveyors went to the 7th floor and confirmed the location of room 702, without discovering any information related to Pandora Finance. There was no company logo inside the building. Thus, they were unable to enter the company and naturally couldn't take pictures of the reception or its logo. Upon confirmation, this location is not a shared office, providing further evidence that Pandora Finance does not operate in this location.

After the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker Pandora Finance does not exist at a real business location.
