A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Greece to conduct an on-site verification of the broker Lavrentakis claiming to be located at Σοφοκλέους 7 - 9, 10559, Αθήνα.

The investigator successfully arrived at the target address location, which is situated on a specific street. The surrounding environment appears generally ordinary overall, with average commercial activity. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel attempted to enter the building's first floor and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they failed to obtain entry permission.

Since access to the building was not possible, we were unable to reach the target floor to verify the relevant situation. Naturally, no obvious signage or security measures were observed in Lavrentakis's office area. As entry to the building was denied, we couldn't photograph the reception desk or its logo, nor was there any evidence of shared office space.

The investigator was outside the building and unable to observe the company's internal environment or any information about this broker, raising doubts about its authenticity.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it has been confirmed that the broker Lavrentakis does not exist at the aforementioned address.
