ITF Holdings Co., Limited is a futures brokerage established in 199. In 2007, the company obtained the financial futures brokerage business qualification and settlement business qualification from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and became the one of the first trading settlement members of China Financial Futures Exchange. 

With a variety of trading and settlement solutions for financial futures and commodity futures, the company can conduct brokerage for all the futures varieties listed on China Financial Futures Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange and Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange. 

Office

According to regulatory information, ITF’s office in Hong Kong is located at Room 3408, 34/F, China Merchants Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central.The inspection team paid a site visit to this place.  

According to the address, the survey staff found the China Merchants Tower located in Shun Tak Centre. This new looking building is located in a prime location in Central and Sheung Wan and is adjacent to the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal. This is a podium building that links a string of units together, making the surveyors struggling to find their destination.

The surveyors entered the building and took an elevator to the 34th Floor. According to a directory sign in the corridor, 12 companies were on this floor.

The surveyors walked up close to the sign and searched it carefully, and found ITF was in Room 3408.

Getting out of the elevator, the surveyors walked along the long and narrow corridor and finally arrived at the office of ITF. Through the glass door, the surveyors saw the company’s logo. The office was estimated to accommodate about 30 employees. Unfortunately, they were not able to enter the office for a immersive survey.

Conclusion

A field survey confirmed that the actual address of ITF was consistent with its regulatory address.Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
