This issue's field inspection team traveled to Tokyo as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of LEGG MASON, a brokerage firm. Publicly available information lists its office address as 2-3-2 Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan (100-8601).

With a sense of responsibility to rigorously verify the integrity of investors, the professional and experienced field inspection team traveled to Tokyo according to a carefully planned plan. Based on the aforementioned address, they conducted an on-site inspection of LEGG MASON, a brokerage firm listed as located at 2-3-2 Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan (100-8601).

The inspection team successfully arrived at the Otemachi Plaza building, where the address is located. The company campus and surrounding streets are luxurious. From the building's exterior, the inspection team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building, but found no LEGG MASON-related signage.

The inspection team was unable to enter the building's lobby, and upon inspection, the company's name was not visible on the signage inside the building. Furthermore, no LEGG MASON logo was found inside or outside the building.

Because they were unable to enter the building, the inspection team could neither reach the specific floor nor confirm the broker's location, nor enter the alleged LEGG MASON premises. The overall appearance of the building indicated that the address was not a shared office, and no LEGG MASON signage could be seen at the reception desk, either from the exterior or from any other observable angle.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that LEGG MASON, the broker, does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary
