A Visit to i i-NET in Japan – Office Found
Japan

Reasons for Field Survey

The Japanese foreign exchange market is one of the world's most important forex trading markets, boasting a long history, a mature financial system, and strict regulatory mechanisms. It holds a crucial position in the global forex market. With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.

Field Survey Process

This issue's field research team traveled to Japan as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker i-NET. Publicly available information lists its office address as 11-1, Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan, 100-6217.

Dedicated to ensuring stringent investor safety, the professional and experienced field research team carefully planned their visit to the core business district of Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Based on the publicly available address, they conducted an on-site visit to i-NET. The field research team first located i-NET at 11-1, Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, targeting a landmark high-end office building in the area. They then conducted an on-site verification of i-NET's stated location.

The field research team successfully arrived at the target building, a prominent luxury office building in the Marunouchi area. Its facade features an all-glass curtain wall with a metal frame, creating a majestic and imposing structure. The glass surface reflects the surrounding landscape, embodying a high-end, business-like aesthetic. The building is surrounded by a large green plaza, high-end hotels, and luxury stores. The streets are wide and clean, and the crowds are mostly business people, mostly driven by high-end commercial vehicles. The overall environment is solemn and stylish, fully meeting the description of luxury. The surveyors conducted a comprehensive exterior inspection of the building and found no i-NET logos or company names. However, due to the building's highly recognizable and iconic appearance, the surveyors successfully captured panoramic photos of the building, fully capturing its grandeur and the luxurious business environment surrounding it.

The surveyors then attempted to enter the building's first-floor lobby. A professional security team, uniformed and maintaining a rigorous service process, was stationed 24 hours a day at the entrance. The surveyors explained their purpose for visiting i-NET and, after a simple identity verification (no prior appointment required), were granted entry. The lobby is spacious and luxuriously decorated. The floor is paved with imported off-white marble, and the walls feature light gold metal trim and solid wood panels. A large, artistic chandelier hangs overhead, creating a soft, layered light. Equipped with a high-end concierge desk, a private visitor lounge, and an electronic guide system, the lobby is perfectly befitting of a premium office building. In the center of the lobby, a large, high-definition electronic floor sign clearly identifies the companies resident on each floor by industry. After carefully examining each line, the surveyor found the company name i-NET clearly displayed, which matched the publicly available address information, directly verifying the address's consistency.

To record key information on the sign, the surveyor prepared to use a device to film the contents. However, upon raising the device, they were promptly stopped by on-site security personnel. The security personnel explained that due to confidentiality within the building regarding the companies resident within, unauthorized photography of the sign and related signs in public areas is prohibited. The surveyor then stopped filming. Afterward, the survey team requested security personnel to visit i-NET's floor to further confirm the specific location of the office area. However, the security personnel explained that all office floors in the building utilize a card-swipe access system. Visitors must confirm an appointment with the company's contact person in advance and exchange their company-issued visitor voucher for a temporary pass before accessing the elevator to their desired floor. Since the survey team had not made an appointment with i-NET in advance, the security personnel explicitly stated that they could not grant access to the office floor. Ultimately, the survey team was unable to reach the specific floor and determine the specific location of the company's office area.

During their stay in the lobby, the survey team further observed building operations: access control identification devices were installed at each elevator entrance, and no shared office or co-working signs or promotional materials were found in the lobby. Combined with the i-NET signage on the signage and the security personnel's statement that all office space is rented independently by companies, this clearly ruled out the possibility of a shared office. At the same time, due to lack of access to the office floors, the surveyors were unable to photograph the company's reception desk or logo. However, judging by the building's overall luxurious positioning, the lobby's high-end decor, and the well-managed common areas, the internal office environment would qualify as good.Furthermore, the surveyors attempted to obtain additional contact information for i-NET from the lobby concierge, but the staff refused to provide additional information, citing company privacy protection.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the trading company i-NET existed at the publicly listed address, which matched the address on the survey form.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited i-NET as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
