This issue's field research team conducted a planned on-site visit to the forex broker Finansia in Thailand. Publicly available information lists its office address as 18th, 25th Floor, The Offices at Central World 999/9 Rama I Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330.

Upholding the responsibility of rigorous verification for investors, the professional field research team conducted an on-site visit to Finansia, based on the established plan and the publicly available address, aiming to establish the broker's true business operations.

The field research team traveled to the Pathumwan district in Bangkok, Thailand, and conducted an on-site verification of Finansia's alleged address at 18th, 25th Floor, The Offices at Central World 999/9 Rama I Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330. Upon arrival, the field research team confirmed that the office was located in the The Offices building within Central World, a landmark department store in Thailand. The surrounding streets are densely populated with businesses, creating a bustling commercial atmosphere, and the field research team was able to capture panoramic photos of the building. No Finansia logo was found on the building's exterior. Upon entering the lobby, a company sign clearly displayed Finansia and the corresponding office floors, 18th and 25th.

After explaining their purpose to the lobby staff, the surveyors were granted access and took dedicated elevators to the 18th and 25th floors, accurately confirming the specific locations of Finansia's offices on each floor. Before entering the company premises, the surveyors noted the strict security measures in place. After identity verification and registration, they were able to gain access.

On-site observations indicated that the office space was exclusively Finansia's, not a shared office. The surveyors photographed a front desk sign with the company logo in the reception area. The office environment exhibited a bustling style and luxurious decor. The well-organized office layout and high-end finishes were evident in the common areas, reflecting the overall image of a large financial institution. However, as they were not authorized to conduct a comprehensive internal space survey, they were unable to record the number of rooms and workstations. 

On-site verification confirmed that Finansia's office space at Central World actually exists, and its furnishings and security measures demonstrate legitimate operations.

Thus, the on-site inspection confirmed that Finansia exists at the aforementioned address and possesses a high-quality, authentic office space.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited Finansia as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
