The field research team successfully arrived at Kayabacho Tawa, a luxurious, high-end office building within a bustling corporate campus and surrounding streets. From outside the building, the inspection team successfully captured a panoramic photo and spotted the Bansei logo both inside and outside.

The inspection team successfully entered the building lobby, where a sign clearly displayed the Bansei company name. Notably, the first floor houses their securities services hall.

The inspection team successfully reached their target floor and confirmed the broker's location. Upon arrival, they photographed the reception desk but were unable to enter the building. From what they learned, the office environment is luxurious, the address is not a shared office, and the reception desk with the Bansei logo was visible from outside.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the brokerage firm Bansei actually exists at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited Bansei accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business.
