Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

This issue's field inspection team traveled to Hong Kong as planned to conduct an on-site visit to CES CAPITAL, a brokerage firm. Public information indicates its office address is the entire 22nd floor of the Jubilee Center, 18 Fenwick Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Based on this address, the professional field inspection team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted an on-site inspection of CES CAPITAL.

The inspection team traveled to the Wan Chai area of Hong Kong and arrived at Jubilee Center. The building is located near the Wan Chai MTR station, surrounded by dense commercial areas and high foot traffic. The company campus and street environment are well-maintained, creating a strong business atmosphere. From the exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building, but no CES CAPITAL signage was found.

The inspection team successfully entered the building lobby, which was found to be typical of a commercial building. However, upon examining the lobby sign, they did not find CES CAPITAL's company name and were unable to obtain directions to the company's location.

The surveyors took the elevator to the 22nd floor and discovered a single company, Yingbao Securities, on the entire floor. They saw no trace of CES CAPITAL, nor was the company's logo visible inside the building. Therefore, the surveyors were unable to confirm its specific location, let alone enter the company, and naturally, could not photograph the reception desk or its logo. The location was confirmed to be not a shared office, further confirming that CES CAPITAL did not actually operate there.

Thus, the survey confirmed that CES CAPITAL did not have a physical business location.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker CES CAPITAL as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
