During the entire process, whether it was outside the building, in the lobby, or on the 9th floor, no signs of Premiere were found, nor was there a chance to capture images of their reception desk and related logos.

Therefore, subsequent to the field survey, it's confirmed that the broker Premiere does not exist at the above address.
