The office environment was consistent with the building's bustling image, with a well-organized layout and comprehensive facilities, reflecting the ambiance of a professional financial institution. However, due to on-site conditions, they were unable to capture a photograph of the reception desk or its logo.

Based on multiple verifications, including the building's exclusive nature, clear exterior logos, consistency between the address and the inspection form, and internal on-site visits, we have fully confirmed that KOSEI SECURITIES has a substantial and authentic business location at the address.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, we have confirmed that the dealer KOSEI SECURITIES exists at the aforementioned address.
