They observed that the company's campus and streetscape were ordinary, lacking the organized commercial atmosphere and intensive business activity expected of a high-end business district. From the building's exterior, the surveyors were able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building. After carefully examining the walls and entrance signs, they found no branding, logos, or office directions related to FPL24PRO.

The surveyors successfully entered the building's lobby, which was decorated in a standard commercial building style. However, after carefully examining the lobby signage, they could not find the FPL24PRO company name. The company's logo was also absent from the building's public areas and exterior facades.

The surveyors inquired with the building's front desk staff regarding FPL24PRO's office location and received a clear response that no such company existed. This directly confirmed that the broker's claimed address did not actually have an office, further confirming the fraudulent nature of the address.

Thus, the survey confirmed that FPL24PRO did not have a physical business location.
