A Visit to Bull Sphere in Thailand – No Office Found
Danger Thailand

Reasons for Field Survey

Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This time, the on-site inspection team traveled to Thailand to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Bull Sphere. Publicly available information lists its office address as 1420/1 210L4, 2nd floor, Crystal Design Center Klong Chan, Bangkapi District, Bangkok, Thailand 10240.

Upholding our responsibility to rigorously verify the business for investors, the professional inspection team conducted an on-site inspection of Bull Sphere, based on the established plan and the publicly available address, to verify the broker's actual business location.

The inspection team traveled to the Bangkapi District, Bangkok, Thailand, and conducted an on-site inspection of Bull Sphere, which was stated to be located at 1420/1 210L4, 2nd floor, Crystal Design Center Klong Chan, Bangkapi District, Bangkok, Thailand 10240. Upon arriving at the address, the surveyors discovered that the target location was not the office area implied by public information, but rather a local home furnishings market (Crystal Design Center). The site primarily focused on home furnishings sales and design-related businesses, with no office buildings or commercial office areas. While they successfully captured panoramic photos of the market, they found no trace of a corporate campus associated with Bull Sphere, nor were there any company logos inside or outside the market.

The surveyors then entered the market (corresponding to the second floor area in the address) and carefully checked the market's public areas and floor signs for company signs or office space. The results revealed that the area was entirely home furnishings shops, with no reference to Bull Sphere's offices. They also found no office room numbered 210L4—this number actually belongs to a shop within the market and has nothing to do with an office.

Because the site was a home furnishings market, there was no company lobby or office floors, making it impossible for the surveyors to confirm the alleged office location or gain entry. Since there were no shared offices operating within the market, the surveyors were unable to photograph the reception desk or logo bearing the Bull Sphere logo, nor could they verify the internal office environment, the number of rooms, or the number of workstations. After consulting with market management, they clarified that the market only housed home furnishings-related businesses and had never hosted a dealer like Bull Sphere.

Based on the on-site verification, the address claimed by Bull Sphere was actually a home furnishings market, not an office, and no trace of the company's business operations was found.

Thus, after the survey, it was confirmed that Bull Sphere did not exist at the aforementioned address, and the dealer was deemed a fictitious entity, lacking any real office or business premises.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Bull Sphere as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
