Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

The on-site inspection team of this issue went to Turkey as planned to visit the foreign exchange dealer NOORCM CAPITAL. According to public information, its office address is Merkez Mah. İstiklal Sok. Key Plaza 11/7 Şişli İSTANBUL / TÜRKİYE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Turkey according to a well-planned itinerary. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer NOORCM CAPITAL.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer NOORCM CAPITAL who claimed to be located at Merkez Mah. İstiklal Sok. Key Plaza 11/7 Şişli İSTANBUL / TÜRKİYE.

The on-site inspector successfully arrived at the Key Plaza building, which is located in the Sisli district of Istanbul, Turkey. Due to the absence of the company, it is difficult to accurately describe the commercial atmosphere of the surrounding environment. No signs or relevant information of the company were found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

However, no nameplate of NOORCM CAPITAL was found inside the building. Since the specific floor location could not be determined, the on-site inspectors could not reach the specific floor and confirm the exact location, and thus could not enter the company's premises. At the same time, they were unable to photograph the reception desk and its logo. This office is not a shared office.

After the field investigator arrived, they did not see the company. Upon inquiring at the front desk, there was no relevant information available. The overall situation did not match the positioning it claimed. Therefore, after the field investigation, it was confirmed that the dealer NOORCM CAPITAL does not exist at the aforementioned address.

The on-site investigator visited the foreign exchange broker NOORCM CAPITAL in Turkey as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the broker were not visible, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
