Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went as planned to Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Capital Bright Limited. According to public information, its office address is Unit D, 26/F Tower A, Billion Centre, No 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a well-planned schedule to Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker Capital Bright Limited claiming to be located at Unit D, 26/F Tower A, Billion Centre, No 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The inspectors successfully arrived at Tower A of Billion Centre, located at No. 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information for Capital Bright Limited was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security personnel, and after a simple registration, were granted entry permission.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 26th floor, the inspectors found no clear signage for Capital Bright Limited in the office area, only other companies. The inspectors attempted to enter and inquired at the reception desk, but were informed that no such company existed there. Consequently, the inspectors were unable to enter the interior and could not photograph the reception desk or its logo. This office was not a shared workspace.

From the public areas on the floor, and due to the inability to enter the company's interior, it was not possible to observe the internal environment or other conditions. No information regarding this broker was found, leading to the judgment that it is false.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Capital Bright Limited does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker Capital Bright Limited at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but was unable to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
