We recommend exercising caution when dealing with LBLV Limited. The FMA is aware of a New Zealand investor who invested with LBLV Limited after being promised large returns. When the investor tried to withdraw profits they were asked to pay unreasonably large fees and taxes before the withdrawal requests could be processed. Even after these fees and taxes were paid, no funds were released.
