The Seychelles Financial Services Authority（FSA） is an autonomous regulatory body responsible for the non-bank financial services in Seychelles. Established under the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013, FSA is responsible for permitting and regulating licenses, enforcing regulatory and compliance requirements, monitoring and supervizing the conduct of business in the non-bank financial services sector in Seychelles. The regulated activities include fiduciary services, capital market & collective investment schemes, insurance, gambling. FSA is also responsible for the registration of international business companies, foundations, limited partnership and international trust in Seychelles.

Regulatory Updates ALERT - Unauthorized use of websites This notice is issued by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (“FSA”) drawing attention to the following websites and the fact that these websites are not linked to any entity licensed or regulated by the FSA in any capacity. Details of the websites are as follows: Websites: https://greenfxtrading.com https://bnbsmartchainbots.com https://www.bitfxasset.com https://premiumfxcrypto.com https://paramountsignals.com/auto.html https://swiftfxequity.com https://fxterminals.com https://proximitytrade.com https://supremeoctafx.com https://fxtradeterminal.com https://canyontrendus.com https://trade.realfxexperts.com In addition to the websites mentioned above, two other websites, https://vanguardcapitals.com and https://supremeoptimumfx.com, were also claiming to be operated by a company with company registration number 7819829, which claims to be a company registered under the Laws of Seychelles and licensed by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles with Securities Dealer License Nr. SD087. However, they are no longer accessible on the internet. The FSA Seychelles urges investors and members of the public to exercise extreme caution in respect of these websites. The FSA reminds same that the Authority is not responsible should persons continue or maintain client relationships, or uses services provided with or by the aforementioned websites. 09 November 2021
