CMVM warns investors about X-TRADE BROKERS

April 14, 2022 The Securities Market Commission (CMVM) alerts to the fact that the entity X-TRADE BROKERS holds the email address support@x-tradebrokers.com and operates through the website www.x- tradebrokers.com is not authorized or registered with the CMVM to carry out any financial intermediation activity in Portugal, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs a) and b) of paragraph 1 of article 295 of the Securities Code. The CMVM also warns that the aforementioned entity is not legally qualified to carry out advertising or prospecting for customers aimed at concluding financial intermediation contracts. The CMVM clarifies that this entity, contrary to what is disclosed, has no relationship with the financial intermediary XTB SA – Sucursal em Portugal (X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski SA – Sucursal em Portugal), which operates through the website www.xtb.com /pt, registered with the CMVM, and which is not the subject of this communication nor, in any way, addressed by it.
