Public Statement 17 of 2021 - WDCMARKETS.COM Public Statements PUBLIC STATEMENT WDCMARKETS.COM Tortola, British Virgin Islands - 12th May 2021 -The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the "FSC") considers it necessary to issue this Public Statement in order to protect the customers, creditors or persons who may have been solicited to conduct business by WDCMARKETS.COM and to make the general public aware that the entity has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on any type of financial services business. The FSC also would like to inform the general public that WDCMARKETS.COM is purporting that UNICORN ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, formerly FTG SOLUTIONS LTD. with company number 1994899, owns and operates WDCMARKETS.COM. The details are: WDCMARKETD.COM is purporting to be providing investment business services to the general public. This is regulated activity under BVI legislation and may only be carried out by a company that is licensed and regulated by the FSC to conduct investment business. The FSC hereby informs the public that WDCMARKETS.COM is not and has never been licensed or regulated to carry on investment business, or any financial services business, in or from within the Territory. The FSC also hereby informs the public that UNICORN ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, formerly FTG SOLUTIONS LTD is currently struck-off dissolved and has never been licensed to conduct financial services business on or from within the Territory. Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time to conduct business with WDCMARKETS.COM. The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on any questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities. The FSC has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
