| Check | Verified or disclosed result | What it does not prove |
| UK entity | Tradeslide Trading Tech Ltd; FCA FRN 586466 | That every user contracts with the UK entity. |

| Seychelles entity | Tradeslide Global Ltd; company disclosure cites FSA SD171 | This is a company disclosure, not proof of every product or protection. |
| Official domain | www.darwinex.com | That similarly named domains are genuine. |
| India boundary | Darwinex was not identified on the RBI authorised ETP list checked on 19 August 2026 | This list check is not a legal conclusion about every activity. |
| Clone evidence | FCA warned about darwinexitltd.com on 25 February 2026 | That the genuine authorised firm caused the clone. |

Searches for Darwinex broker, Darwinex regulation, Darwinex Forex and Darwinex login ask different questions. Start with the legal entity. Then check the regulator, domain, platform and India eligibility.
Darwinex is not one legal company. Its official page names companies in the UK, Spain and Seychelles. The full names appear in the table below. Your agreement decides which entity, rules and protections apply.
A brand name is not enough when evaluating broker Darwinex. Read the agreement. It should name the legal entity, regulator, dispute route, client-money rules and products. Stop if these details do not match the official entity map.

The UK Financial Conduct Authority identifies Tradeslide Trading Tech Ltd as FRN 586466. Spain's CNMV lists Sapiens Markets EU Sociedad de Valores SA as number 311. These records confirm overseas identities. They do not prove RBI authorisation in India. Any summary of regulation Darwinex should make that limit clear.
The Reserve Bank of India says residents should trade forex only with authorised persons and for permitted purposes. Online transactions should use an RBI-authorised electronic trading platform, called an ETP, or a recognised exchange. RBI also warns that absence from its Alert List does not mean a platform is authorised.
| India-specific finding: We did not find Darwinex on the RBI authorised ETP list checked on 19 August 2026. This is a dated list check. It does not prove that every Darwinex activity is fraudulent. It also does not replace legal advice for a specific transaction. |

Darwinex Forex may refer to MT4, MT5 or wider investment services. Platform access does not answer three key questions. Is the transaction permitted for an Indian resident? Which legal entity holds the account? Can the user legally send margin overseas?
RBI says the Liberalised Remittance Scheme, or LRS, cannot fund margin calls to overseas exchanges or counterparties. This rule matters. Before comparing spreads or leverage, anyone researching Forex Darwinex should check the payment route and legal basis.
The official domain is darwinex.com. Its help centre explains MetaTrader web access and Darwinex Live or Demo servers. For Darwinex login, start from the official domain or a saved app. Do not follow a link sent by a stranger.
On 25 February 2026, the FCA warned that darwinexitltd.com was a clone. It copied details linked to a genuine authorised firm. The genuine details included Tradeslide Trading Tech Ltd, FRN 586466, and darwinex.com. The FCA also says scammers may mix real reference numbers with false contact details.
The warning shows an impersonation risk. It does not show that the genuine Darwinex broker ran the clone. Even a page with some correct regulatory details may still be false.

Foreign funds pulled roughly Rs 3 lakh crore out of Indian equities in 2026, with about Rs 36,000 crore of that leaving in September alone. Those are the numbers in a widely shared post on X by Vivek Khatri (@CaVivekkhatri), whose argument runs in one direction: the Nifty is cheap in rupees and expensive in dollars. The post's snapshot: Nifty PE near 19.2, the rupee near 96.3, the US 10-year Treasury at 5.28%. Individually, those look calm. Over a year, they do not. According to the post, the rupee is down about 8.5% over the year, about 7% in 2026, and almost 10% in the last financial year alone. The Nifty is down about 13% over the same stretch. Nifty IT is down about 27%. "They still bought IPOs," the post says of foreign investors. "They sold the secondary market."
