In the regulatory records we reviewed, no forex or CFD licence appears for Alpex Ventures Ltd. The company profile instead points to a FinCEN filing, licence number 31000278206821. FinCEN, the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, registers money services businesses; a FinCEN filing is not a forex or CFD licence and carries none of the oversight of a securities or financial conduct regulator. Registered in an offshore jurisdiction without a dedicated forex regulator, the safety net for client funds is thin.

The platform advertises three account tiers: Standard from $25, Advanced from $5,000, and Pro from $20,000. Expert-advisor (EA) trading is supported, and trading runs through a web-based WebTrading platform rather than MT4 or MT5.

Withdrawal Complaints

Withdrawal complaints form a clear pattern. According to a Malaysian user, they deposited US$1,010 on 6 May 2025 and made a profit of US$1,161.60, bringing the balance to US$2,171.60, but could not withdraw it and received no email response.

Earlier Malaysian complaints describe a copy-trading service called “Money Printer” where users invested US$3,000 and could not withdraw. Others describe account managers who stop replying. A minority of reviews describe fast withdrawals, but the dominant pattern points the other way.
