TriumphFX Review: Regulator Warnings and Withdrawal Complaints

WikiFX | 2026-08-19 11:00

Abstract:TriumphFX is a Seychelles-registered broker with a very low WikiFX score, unverified licences and a Suspicious Clone flag. Regulators in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vanuatu and Indonesia have issued warnings, and its record shows repeated withdrawal complaints.

TriumphFX is a Seychelles-registered broker offering forex, indices and commodities through its own mobile app. It claims leverage up to 1:500, but account data available to WikiFX shows 1:30. The larger concern is a very low WikiFX score and regulator warnings from several countries.

Regulatory safety

WikiFX scores TriumphFX 1.23 out of 10. The licences listed for the group, a CySEC licence for Shine Trades Limited (CY) Ltd and a VFSC licence for Triumph Int. Limited, are marked unverified, and the profile carries a “Suspicious Clone” flag.

Several regulators have published warnings:

  • ASIC (Australia) added tfxi.com to its investor alert list in 2023 for offering financial services without a licence.
  • The Securities Commission Malaysia (SCM) listed Triumph International and Triumph FX in 2020 for dealing in derivatives without a licence.
  • The Monetary Authority of Singapore placed the broker on its Investor Alert List in 2021.
  • The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission said in 2021 the entities were not licensed by it.
  • Indonesia's BAPPEBTI blocked the broker's sites in 2022 for illegal commodity futures trading.

The VFSC entry matters most: the regulator whose licence the broker presents has said the entity is not licensed by it.

Accounts and trading conditions

The account data lists Premium, Gold and Classic accounts, each with maximum leverage of 1:30, spreads from 0.1 pips, and expert advisor (EA) trading allowed. Funding and withdrawals run through Skrill, Neteller, Visa and Mastercard.

Withdrawal complaints

The complaints repeat one theme: balances users could not withdraw. An Australian user reported in March 2023 that after making profits the account was put under review and closed without the funds returned.

Earlier cases follow the same line: a Hong Kong user said a principal of RMB 60,000 was never refunded, and a Canadian user reported depositing USD 25,000 from a loan and being unable to withdraw it. Many 2022 cases describe withdrawals approved but never arriving for weeks or months.

A Malaysia-based user left a rare positive review in 2022, citing three years of “reasonable returns,” though it is outweighed by the withdrawal complaints.

Final Thoughts

The confirmed record points one way: a very low score, unverified licences, a “Suspicious Clone” flag, and regulator warnings from Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vanuatu and Indonesia, alongside repeated withdrawal complaints. These are not legal findings, but together they justify real caution.

If you are still considering TriumphFX, verify the licence with the regulator you would rely on, and never fund with money you cannot afford to lose. Start small and test a withdrawal early, because that is where the complaints concentrate. Check the live score and complaints on the WikiFX App.
