MONAXA Review: Regulation Warnings Hit a Broker With Serious User Complaints

WikiFX | 2026-08-18 16:00

Abstract:MONAXA carries an active FSCA regulatory record, but our investigation found severe warning signals: CySEC flagged monaxa.com as unauthorized and Japan’s FSA listed Monaxa Ltd as unregistered. User reports also allege profit deductions, withdrawal trouble, deposit delays, and account-access disputes.

A trader says they deposited funds, made profit, and then watched the withdrawal process fail them. Another says a deposit did not appear after four days and support ignored the ticket. This MONAXA review starts where retail traders feel the pain first: inside the account, where money should move cleanly but sometimes does not.

The public picture is not one-sided. Some users praise MONAXA for smooth execution, fast support, and successful small withdrawals. But the darker reports are too specific to ignore.

Our investigation reveals a broker founded in 2022, headquartered in Anguilla, with a WikiFX score of 3.62 and seven complaints recorded in the recent three-month window. The deeper issue is regulation. MONAXA shows one active South Africa FSCA record, yet separate regulatory disclosures from Cyprus and Japan raise direct warnings around authorization.

MONAXA Regulation Reality Audit: The Records Traders Must Read

MONAXA is presented with an active regulatory record under South Africas Financial Sector Conduct Authority. The organization name listed is MONAXA SA (PTY) LTD, with regulation number 53184 and a status marked as regulated.

But that is not the end of the story. Regulators in Cyprus and Japan have issued warning-style disclosures tied to MONAXA-related names or the monaxa.com domain. For any Forex trader, this creates a sharp question: which entity are you actually dealing with, and under which protection?

RegulatorLicense TypeREAL STATUS

CySECInvestment services authorization / official website matchUnauthorized: monaxa.com listed among websites not belonging to authorized entities
Japan FSAFinancial Instruments Business Operator registrationUnregistered / unauthorized: Monaxa Ltd listed as providing services under “Monaxa”

This is the regulatory split retail traders cannot afford to miss. A broker can have one entity under supervision while another regulator warns the public about a website or related operating name. That gap matters when a trader later asks: who is responsible for my funds?

MONAXA Broker Complaints: Withdrawals, Profits, and Missing Deposits

The most damaging reports focus on money movement.

In July 2025, a user from India alleged that MONAXA approved a withdrawal but the funds did not arrive. The user said they deposited, made profit, and then could not receive the withdrawal.

Also in July 2025, a Malaysia-based user reported that a deposit had not appeared after four days. The complaint says the broker ignored the ticket for days. That is not a minor inconvenience. A missing deposit freezes a trader before the trade even begins.

Image

A Vietnam-based user in August 2025 alleged that after trading for one week and requesting profit withdrawal, the platform required a video holding ID. The user said after submitting it, profits were deducted and only the original capital was returned.

These claims are user allegations, not court findings. But the pattern is clear enough to trigger caution: delayed deposits, failed or disputed withdrawals, profit removal, and verification friction appearing at the exact moment traders ask for their money.

Visual Evidence: Current-Year MONAXA Review Material

One 2026 user post from Myanmar describes MONAXA as smooth, stable, and secure. It is important to show the full record, including positive user experiences from the current year.

That positive post does not erase older complaints. It simply shows the platform has mixed feedback: some users report normal service, while others describe serious financial disputes.

MONAXA Login and Account Access Issues Exposed

Account access complaints are especially sensitive because traders need control during fast market conditions. In September 2025, one user alleged that after withdrawal problems, accounts may be blocked or requests ignored. In April 2024, another user said MONAXA accused them of “multiple log in with same VPS” and then deducted around 22k USD in credit.

Image

That case is serious because the user claimed the issue was not solved through live chat or email. According to the complaint, support redirected them to email, but the user said messages were not answered while the deduction remained.

The brokers platform profile also notes MT4, MT5, and cTrader support across mobile and desktop. However, the software assessment states the setup lacks safer login features such as two-step login and biometric authentication. For a broker handling leveraged Forex accounts, weaker account-security options deserve attention.

Trading Conditions: Big Leverage, Low Entry, Higher Risk

MONAXA offers four account types: CENT, ZERO(ECN), PRO, and STANDARD. Entry conditions start from $15 on CENT and STANDARD accounts, while ZERO(ECN) starts from $200 and PRO from $50.

The leverage is aggressive. CENT lists up to 1:1,000, while PRO and STANDARD show up to 1:2,000. High leverage can magnify gains, but it can also destroy a small account fast. New traders often underestimate how quickly margin pressure hits.

The available products include Forex, precious metals, indices, energy, stock CFDs, commodities, and cryptocurrency on some account types. The headline may look attractive. The risk profile is not small.

The trade environment testing involved 103 users and produced an overall B grade. But the details show weak spots. Speed is graded C, the slowest speed is listed at 1984.0, and swaps are graded D, with poor swap descriptions. That matters for active traders and anyone holding positions overnight.

Positive Reviews Do Exist — But They Do Not Cancel the Warnings

Several 2025 users praised MONAXA. Some reported smooth platforms, fast execution, helpful account managers, and successful small withdrawal tests. One UAE user said an initially canceled withdrawal was later resolved after submitting missing verification documents.

Image

Those reports should be acknowledged. A fair investigation does not hide favorable reviews.

But favorable service on small withdrawals does not answer the heavier allegations: deducted profits, missing deposits, withdrawal non-arrival, and regulator warnings. Retail traders must judge the full risk picture, not only the best review.

Key Red Flags for MONAXA Forex Traders

  • CySEC warned that monaxa.com was not tied to a CySEC-authorized investment firm.
  • Japans FSA listed Monaxa Ltd as unregistered for financial instruments business.
  • Users alleged withdrawal non-payment, canceled withdrawals, and profit deductions.
  • High leverage up to 1:2,000 raises risk for inexperienced Forex traders.

Is MONAXA Broker Safe? The Verdict

MONAXA is not a simple case. It has an active FSCA record under MONAXA SA (PTY) LTD. It also has serious warning disclosures from CySEC and Japans FSA, plus user complaints involving funds and account treatment.

That combination demands caution. If you trade with MONAXA, verify the exact legal entity, the regulator covering your account, and the withdrawal rules before depositing. Do not rely on marketing language or a smooth dashboard.

For retail traders, the safest move is defensive. Test withdrawals early. Keep records. Avoid oversized leverage. And if a brokers regulation trail contains unauthorized warnings, treat that as a major risk signal before your money is already inside.
