This IUX review provides an in depth look at the regulatory standing, WikiScore rating, trading conditions, and user feedback based on data available on WikiFX. As a global broker regulatory query platform, WikiFX assesses brokers using indicators such as licensing, transparency, and exposure reports submitted by users.

According to WikiFX, the IUX broker holds a WikiScore of 6.61 out of 10, placing it within a mid range tier among globally listed brokers. Notably, WikiFX has flagged that this score has been lowered due to a high volume of unresolved client complaints.

Overview of IUX broker

IUX, operated by IUX Markets (MU) Ltd, is registered in Mauritius and has been in operation for 5 to 10 years. The IUX broker markets itself as a multi asset ECN broker offering access to forex, commodities, indices, shares, and cryptocurrencies via the MetaTrader 5 platform. It holds a Forex Execution License (STP) and an MT5 Full License, and positions itself as a global business catering to traders across Southeast Asia and beyond.

The broker offers three live account types (Standard, Pro, and Raw) with minimum deposits starting from 50 dollars for the Standard account and 200 dollars for the Pro and Raw accounts. Maximum leverage reaches up to 1:3000, which is exceptionally high and carries significant risk, particularly for less experienced traders. IUX does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, and supports trading instruments covering 60 currency pairs, 120 stocks, 23 indices, 5 cryptocurrencies, and 19 commodities.

IUX Regulation and Licences

The IUX broker operates under a multi jurisdictional regulatory framework spanning Australia, South Africa, and Mauritius. Understanding each jurisdiction is important for determining the level of investor protection under IUX regulation policies applicable to different clients.

Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)

IUX holds a Forex Execution License (STP) from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission under licence number 529610. ASIC is widely regarded as one of the more stringent financial regulators globally. Brokers operating under ASIC oversight are required to meet capital adequacy standards, segregate client funds, and comply with regular financial reporting obligations. This licence represents the strongest regulatory component of regulation IUX oversight.

Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa (FSCA)

IUX is also regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa under FSP number 53103. The FSCA supervises financial institutions in South Africa, focusing on market integrity and fair client treatment. This licence extends the regulatory reach of the IUX broker to African markets and adds an additional layer of oversight beyond Australia.

Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC)

IUX additionally holds a Securities Trading Licence from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under licence number GB22200605. The FSC regulates financial services providers incorporated in Mauritius, an offshore jurisdiction. While the FSC provides a legitimate regulatory framework, investor protections available under offshore regulators typically do not match the rigour of onshore authorities such as ASIC.

IUX Markets (MU) Ltd is registered in Mauritius, meaning many international clients may be onboarded through this offshore entity rather than the ASIC regulated Australian arm. Traders evaluating regulation IUX structures should confirm which entity governs their specific account, as this determines the applicable protections and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Field Survey: Cyprus Office Not Found

Screenshot 2026-08-17 at 11.40.54 AM.png

A WikiFX field survey conducted at the Cyprus address of IUX returned no evidence of operational presence. Inspection teams visited the publicly listed address but found no signage, company listings, or staff representing IUX at the location. This finding raises questions about the physical transparency of the broker IUX, even as it maintains active regulatory licences in other jurisdictions.

Trading Conditions

IUX supports MetaTrader 5 exclusively, with 8 MT5 servers and an average execution speed of 84.35 milliseconds. The platform is available on desktop, web browser, and mobile via the IUX Trade App, which has recorded over 11,000 Android downloads.

Account types under the IUX broker are structured as follows:

  • Standard: Minimum deposit 50 dollars, spreads from 0.2 pips, zero commission
  • Pro: Minimum deposit 200 dollars, spreads from 0.1 pips, zero commission
  • Raw: Minimum deposit 200 dollars, spreads from 0.0 pips, commission of 6 dollars per lot

All accounts support leverage up to 1:3000, Islamic account options, and micro lot trading from 0.01. Trading tools include currency conversion, pip value, margin, swap, and profit or loss calculators.

IUX also runs deposit bonus promotions, that is a 35 percent bonus up to 300 dollars and a 25 percent bonus up to 3,000 dollars, though traders should read bonus terms carefully as these typically come with trading volume conditions.

User Complaints and Exposure Reports

User feedback on WikiFX presents a divided picture when conducting an IUX review. A subset of users, primarily from Thailand and Venezuela, report positive trading experiences, citing smooth deposits and withdrawals, responsive customer support, and user friendly interfaces. One Thai user with three years of experience noted that the system runs smoothly and customer support responds fairly quickly, though they observed a reduction in deposit promotions.

However, the majority of exposure reports point to recurring operational concerns. The most consistent complaint across multiple jurisdictions involves withdrawal delays and unresponsive customer support responses. Several patterns emerge from the complaints:

One user from Indonesia reported that a withdrawal request had been pending for over ten days without any substantive update from support, receiving only repeated requests to wait. Another user from Vietnam described a withdrawal initiated in December 2024 that remained under review beyond the stated 24 hour processing window of the broker. A user from India detailed a recurring pattern of deposits being denied and only acknowledged after repeated follow ups, describing it as a major red flag for a financial platform.

In more severe cases, a user from Vietnam reported that their account was locked by IUX citing terms and conditions violations, resulting in an inability to withdraw 5,500 dollars in capital and profits. Another user from Thailand reported being unable to withdraw funds after trading a 200 dollar deposit to a profit of 55.56 dollars, with support providing no resolution.

An Indonesian user also described how six days of identical template replies from support (offering no ticket updates, no contact person, no estimated resolution timeline, and no reason for the delay) left their withdrawal entirely unresolved.

These reports, taken collectively, reflect a pattern of withdrawal friction that prospective traders performing a review IUX assessment should weigh carefully against the otherwise competitive trading conditions of the broker.

Conclusion: Final Review IUX Verdict

For Malaysian and Southeast Asian traders, the withdrawal complaints and the WikiFX risk alert warrant particular attention. Regulatory protection under offshore regulation IUX entities such as the FSC Mauritius offers limited recourse in the event of a dispute. Traders considering IUX are advised to verify which regulated entity will govern their account and to test withdrawal functionality with smaller amounts before committing larger capital.
