Match-Trade Gives AI Direct Access to Broker Trading APIs

WikiFX

Abstract:Match-Trade Technologies has launched AI Skills for its Broker API and CRM API, giving Claude structured access to broker trading data and client records. The Skills compress integration work into single-pass AI workflows, with three dashboards already built as proof of concept.

Match-Trade Technologies has introduced AI Skills for its Broker API and CRM API, letting brokers connect AI directly to trading infrastructure and client records. Announced on August 11, 2026, the Skills are structured operating manuals that teach AI systems such as Claude how to authenticate, which endpoints are available, and what data they return.

What an AI Skill Actually is

A Skill is a ready-to-use operating manual for Match-Trader's API that users connect to Claude or any compatible AI. Once connected, the AI understands the integration end-to-end: authentication, available endpoints, returned data, and how they relate.

“API Skills turn documentation into practical AI context, so teams can focus on validating a solution instead of assembling every connection from scratch,” said Wojciech Kopczyński, Product Owner at Match-Trade Technologies.

From IT Tickets to One-pass Integration

Traditionally, connecting a broker's CRM or dashboard to Match-Trader's API meant implementing endpoints one by one across multiple development cycles. With a Skill, a user describes the desired outcome and Claude selects the right endpoints, handles authentication, and combines the data into a consistent model. Match-Trade recommends prototyping with Claude before submitting IT tickets. Both Skills are already available.

Three Dashboards That Prove the Concept

Match-Trade validated the approach with three working dashboards built with Claude, describing them as “vibe-coded” applications assembled by AI before technical review.

The Most Traded Instruments leaderboard shows win rate, total P/L, volume, buy/sell split, commissions, and swap. The MT Prop Support Dashboard combines CRM data with trading parameters and challenge progress, surfacing failure-state snapshots with the rule breached. The Prediction Market Trader Leaderboard ranks traders by transaction count, stake, net P/L, and ROI, with drill-down views spanning FX, commodities, and sports outcomes.

What Brokers Can do with it

Sales teams can generate reports by describing the required output to Claude, which pulls data and produces ready-to-use reports without a dedicated development project. Commission calculations, data reconciliation, and performance metrics become accessible through natural-language requests.

For dealing desks, the Skills link client profiles with position data to assess profitability under defined conditions, enabling A-book and B-book hedging analysis without a separate project. Support teams can build automations that retrieve account data to explain forced position closures from insufficient margin.

An Industry-wide Shift

Match-Trade's move follows a broader trend. In July 2026, Leverate launched a back-office Model Context Protocol server allowing AI assistants to access broker CRM, marketing, and risk data.

Founded in 2013, Match-Trade Technologies provides trading technology for forex brokers, prop trading firms, and financial institutions.
