The stated reason, according to the user, was a system error in MT4 software.

That is not a small dispute. In Forex trading, a profitable account can be the result of months of risk, discipline, and exposure to sharp market swings. When a broker later says those gains should vanish, traders need more than a short explanation.

The Japan FSA disclosure lists the service names “Errante, Elante” in relation to online over-the-counter derivatives solicitation activity and marks the matter as unauthorized. The Indonesia BAPPEBTI disclosure sits under a blacklist category connected to blocked illegal commodity futures trading websites.

Errantes profile also shows two regulatory disclosures and 12 complaints received by WikiFX in the past three months. That complaint pressure cannot be ignored.

Errante Broker Review: What Users Say Went Wrong

The 2026 complaints are the most urgent. One user alleged that Errante relied on the cover of a recognized license while recovering client profits after volatile market moves. The user claimed that when clients made money, the company tried to take it back by citing internal trading rules, while also managing the MT4 software environment.

Another user wrote that profits were cancelled after a profitable trading period. They specifically identified MT4 account 6034920 and said the disputed period ran from September 24, 2025 to January 29, 2026. They also linked the event to sharp gold price movement, describing a 500-point drop and saying clients affected at that time should request refunds.

A third 2026 complaint came from a VIP account user trading EUR/USD. The user said their stop-loss was manipulated and that support explained the result as slippage. The user described a 40-pip stop.

These claims are allegations from users. But they point to the same sensitive area: trade outcome control. If profits can be cancelled after execution, if stop-loss outcomes are disputed, and if software error becomes the reason for removing gains, then traders face a risk that goes beyond spreads and leverage.

Visual Evidence From 2026 Complaints

The current-year complaints included image evidence. WikiFX investigators treat these as complaint materials, not final proof by themselves, but they are important because they show users attempted to document their claims.

The pattern is what matters. The 2026 posts do not complain about simple inconvenience. They describe erased profits, stop-loss disputes, and platform-side explanations after trades had already been placed.

Errante Login and Account Access Concerns

Access risk also appears in the complaint record. In 2025, a Japanese user said they applied to withdraw profits and then received an email saying the company found the same IP address linked to multiple other accounts. According to the user, Errante cancelled the profit from the affected trades and froze the account.

This is where the Errante login risk becomes serious. A frozen account is not just a technical access issue. It can block a trader from managing positions, withdrawing funds, or responding quickly during fast Forex conditions.

The user rejected the explanation and said their family did not trade FX, so they had no idea why the same-IP claim was made. That does not prove the users case. But it does show how quickly a rule-based review can become a full account restriction.

Withdrawal Complaints Add Pressure

The withdrawal allegations are direct. A 2025 Chinese-language complaint said funds could go in but could not come out. The user said they tried to withdraw through TRC20, were told the funds had to return through ERC20, then were asked to provide exchange name and wallet address information.

The same user said support later claimed the deposit network was BEP20 and insisted on a BEP20 wallet address. The user disputed that explanation, saying the exchange used for the deposit did not have that network in the way described.

This type of complaint is dangerous for retail traders because it creates a moving target. If the route to withdraw changes repeatedly, the trader is no longer dealing with normal processing. They are trying to solve a maze while their funds remain inside the platform.

Not every review was negative. Some Japanese users in 2025 said deposits were smooth, withdrawals worked, or execution had no major problem. A 2024 user said deposit and withdrawal processes were straightforward and reliable. Another 2024 review praised spreads, execution, and VPS access.

But positive trading conditions do not cancel high-severity complaints. A broker can offer MT4, MT5, cTrader, mobile access, and an A-grade trading environment while still facing serious user allegations over withdrawals, profit cancellation, and account restrictions.

Trading Conditions Look Good, But Risk Remains

Errantes profile lists four account types: Standard, Premium, VIP, and Custom. The minimum entry condition ranges from $50 for Standard to $15,000 for Custom. VIP and Premium list leverage up to 1:500, while the Custom account lists a 0.0 main spread.

The trading environment test involved 220 users and returned an A grade overall. Slippage was rated highly, and the platform offering includes cTrader, proprietary software, MT4, and MT5, with mobile support.

Those are strengths. But they are not protection when the dispute is about what happens after a trader wins. Execution speed does not solve a cancelled-profit allegation. A strong platform label does not answer a frozen-account complaint.
