ONE ROYAL Review: Regulation Warnings and Broker Complaints Traders Cannot Ignore

WikiFX | 2026-07-30 15:00

Abstract:Critical warning: ONE ROYAL carries active regulatory concern after a Malaysia Securities Commission investor alert, while users report profit deductions, withdrawal rejections, slippage, frozen access, and delayed funds. Traders should treat this broker as high-risk until every license, withdrawal rule, and trading condition is independently verified.

A Hong Kong trader says the fight began after a profitable gold run on XAUUSD. In a 2026 ONE ROYAL review complaint, the trader alleged that the platform erased USD 4,245.63 in profits after claiming the trades relied on quote or server delays.

The trader said every order was placed manually. They also said ONE ROYAL did not provide detailed order-level evidence, delay timestamps, or server data to prove the alleged violation. The complaint claims customer service repeated the platforms email position and refused to return the deducted profits.

This is not an isolated warning sign. Our investigation reveals a troubling collision between user complaints and regulation concerns around ONE ROYAL, a Forex broker founded in 2012 with a WikiFX score of 6.36 and a B influence rank.

ONE ROYAL Regulation Reality Audit

ONE ROYAL presents itself as a multi-regulated broker. The records show regulatory links in Australia, Cyprus, and Vanuatu. But the same broker profile also carries one regulator disclosure from the Malaysia Securities Commission, marked as an investor alert for unauthorized capital market securities dealing activity.

That matters. Regulation is not just a badge. It is the first line of protection when a traders withdrawal is delayed, a platform cancels profits, or a broker cites internal rules against the customer.

RegulatorLicense TypeREAL STATUS
Australia ASICLicense no. 420268; license type not specified in the provided recordRegulated
Cyprus CYSECLicense no. 312/16; license type not specified in the provided recordRegulated
Vanuatu VFSCLicense no. 700284; offshore regulatory recordOffshore regulation
Malaysia Securities CommissionInvestor alert / unauthorized activity disclosureUnauthorized

The Malaysia disclosure is the sharpest regulatory red flag. The record states the category as “unauthorized” and gives the reason as carrying out capital market securities dealing activity without a license. The disclosure is tied to an investor alert list and dated 2023 in the regulatory record.

This does not erase the ASIC or CYSEC entries. But it does create a serious compliance question for retail traders: which entity are you actually trading with, under which jurisdiction, and what protection applies if funds are withheld?

Is ONE ROYAL Broker Safe for Forex Traders?

The public profile contains positives. ONE ROYAL supports MT4 and MT5, uses mobile trading, offers three account types, and lists multiple customer service languages. Some users reported stable market access, quick withdrawals, fair spreads, and helpful support.

But a safe broker is not measured only by smooth days. The real test comes when markets move fast, profits are requested, or a trader asks for evidence behind a penalty.

In the complaint record, the pattern turns darker. Multiple users reported withdrawal cancellations, repeated rejection, missing funds, delayed reviews, extra document demands, unclear fees, and sudden deductions. One user said a withdrawal request was cancelled without clear explanation. Another asked why withdrawals were “always getting rejected.” A Malaysian user claimed a RM65,000 withdrawal was delayed, then arrived short by RM8,000, which customer service allegedly described as a cross-border transfer fee that had not been mentioned at account opening.

These are serious allegations. They point to the same pressure point: the moment traders try to move money out.

ONE ROYAL Login and Platform Access Complaints Exposed

Login and access risk is also visible in user complaints. Several traders did not simply complain about costs. They described platform freezes, delayed data, disabled trading functions, rejected withdrawals, and blocked account situations.

One Malaysian complaint alleged that during a trading event the platform “seemed dead” and did not automatically close positions at the set take-profit level. Customer service allegedly cited “abnormal market fluctuations” and said the system temporarily disabled the take-profit function to protect users.

Other users described MT5 freezing during CPI data, reconnection taking 15 minutes, stop-loss orders slipping badly, and the trading software freezing during gold trading. A Thailand complaint said a withdrawal review lasted 14 days even though the account had been promised a shorter timeframe, and that trading was banned during the review period.

One Malaysian complaint also referred to another account being frozen due to alleged “abnormal transactions.” The complainant said no evidence was provided. For retail traders, a frozen account or blocked access can be as damaging as a failed withdrawal. You cannot manage risk if you cannot act.

The Trading Trap Allegations: Slippage, Spreads, Bonuses, and Profit Deductions

The complaints do not follow one single script. They form a wider map of alleged friction.

Some traders accused ONE ROYAL of extreme slippage. One user said a GBP/USD stop-loss set at 1.2700 closed at 1.2500 during non-farm payroll conditions. Another claimed an EUR/USD stop-loss at 1.0850 executed at 1.0810, causing a loss described as 400 pips and RM3,800. A separate India complaint alleged XAUUSD slippage of USD 10 per ounce and claimed total losses above USD 10,000.

Image

Others targeted spreads. A Malaysia complaint said advertised low spreads did not match live trading conditions, alleging USD/JPY spread expansion and XAU/USD execution costs that added RM2,100. A Thailand user said an ECN spread advertised from 0.1 appeared in practice as 1.8 to 3.5 pips on euro trading.

Image

Bonus terms also drew heat. Thai users complained that a 50% bonus carried turnover restrictions such as 30 times or large profit requirements before withdrawal. One trader said they deposited USD 5,000 for a bonus and later found that profit access required USD 75,000 in turnover.

Then there is the profit-deduction issue. The 2026 Hong Kong complaint and a 2024 China complaint both alleged profits were deducted after ONE ROYAL cited trading violations such as advance knowledge of market movement, EA usage, or arbitrage-style behavior. The key concern is not only the deduction itself. It is the alleged lack of detailed proof.

Key Red Flags

  • Malaysia Securities Commission investor alert marked the related activity as unauthorized in the regulatory disclosure.
  • Profit deductions alleged in both 2026 and 2024 complaints, including a reported USD 4,245.63 deduction.
  • Withdrawal pressure reported through cancellations, delays, rejection, missing funds, and extended reviews.
  • Execution complaints repeated across slippage, frozen platforms, delayed data, spread expansion, and disabled take-profit functions.

The Verdict: ONE ROYAL Review Shows a Broker With Serious Unanswered Questions

ONE ROYAL is not a simple black-and-white case. The broker has listed regulatory records, real platform infrastructure, MT4/MT5 support, and positive reviews from some users. Those facts should be noted.

But the warning signs are too heavy to ignore. Our investigation found a regulatory disclosure from Malaysia, a high number of complaints noted in the broker profile over the recent three-month period, and repeated user claims involving funds withheld, profit cancellation, withdrawal obstruction, platform instability, and unexplained trading outcomes.

For Forex traders, the safest move is caution. Before depositing, verify the exact legal entity, regulator, license number, withdrawal rules, bonus terms, and dispute process. If profits can be cancelled by internal judgment without transparent evidence, the risk is not theoretical.

This ONE ROYAL broker review ends with a clear warning: do not rely on branding, platform labels, or isolated positive comments alone. Test withdrawals early, keep records, avoid large exposure, and walk away if the broker cannot explain how your money is protected.
