Abstract:Moneta Markets Capital reported £780,000 in revenue for FY2026, more than double the previous year, while its UK entity returned to profit following changes in ownership and management.

Moneta Markets Capital, the UK entity authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, returned to profit in the financial year ended 31 March 2026 after revenue more than doubled.
Accounts filed with Companies House show turnover of £780,000, up from £358,425 in the previous year. The company recorded a net profit of £77,386, compared with a loss of £100,708 in FY2025.
Operating profit reached £71,533, reversing the prior-year operating loss of £103,904.
The filing shows a complete change in the way turnover was reported.
| Revenue category | FY2026 | FY2025 |
| Commission income | £0 | £33,425 |
| Other revenue | £780,000 | £325,000 |
| Total turnover | £780,000 | £358,425 |
All revenue in FY2026 was recorded as “other revenue,” while commission income fell to zero. The accounts do not explain whether this resulted from a change in accounting treatment, client activity, or the underlying business model.
For a forex and CFD broker, the distinction matters because commission income is usually linked more directly to trading activity, while “other revenue” can include a broader range of fees or intra-group arrangements.
Without further disclosure, the source of the increase cannot be determined from the filing alone.
Gross profit increased to £650,190, almost twice the previous years level.
Administrative expenses also rose, reaching £578,657, but the increase was smaller than the rise in turnover. This allowed the company to move back into operating profit.
The results indicate a stronger financial year, although the UK entity remains relatively small in absolute revenue terms compared with larger retail forex operations.
The company previously operated under the name VIBHS Financial Ltd. It was renamed Moneta Markets Capital Ltd on 1 October 2025 after a change in ownership agreed earlier in the year.
The FCA-authorised entity now forms the groups regulated base in the United Kingdom.
The accounts attribute the financial improvement partly to the new ownership structure, although they provide limited detail on client numbers, trading volumes, or the contribution of individual business lines.
The board also changed substantially during the reporting period.
Guy Iain Oliver Riches is the only continuing director. Piyushkumar Vinodbhai Parekh and Kiritkumar Balubhai Mistry left the board in December 2025 and February 2026, respectively, while Dale Robert Emery was appointed in November 2025.
The changes took place within several months of the companys rebrand and ownership transition.
The FY2026 accounts confirm three main developments: revenue increased sharply, the company returned to profit, and its ownership and management structure changed.
However, the filing does not disclose trading volume, active client numbers, client assets, or the reason all turnover was reclassified as other revenue.
For the forex industry, those missing details make it difficult to judge how much of the improvement came from actual brokerage activity and how much may have resulted from accounting or group-level changes.
