Metagold Statement; No Legal Connection Between MetaGold LLC & MetaGold Capital

Recently, some sources and users have mistakenly confused the MetaGold LLC brand with MetaGold Capital, or referred to them as a single entity, which is entirely incorrect.

As MetaGold, the broker operating under MetaGold LLC in the offshore jurisdiction of Georgia, we feel it is necessary to emphasize once again that MetaGold LLC (also known as fxmetagold) is completely independent and separate from the similarly named entity, MetaGold Capital, and has no legal, business, ownership, or operational connection to it.

MetaGold LLC is a registered Forex broker in the offshore jurisdiction of Georgia and operates under Mwali Regulation (Mohéli, Comoros). Regulatory and registration information for this company is available under the Licenses & Legal Status section on MetaGolds official website.

However, MetaGold Capital has no valid global regulatory license and is listed in official registers of unauthorized firms. MetaGold Capital holds no license from recognized global regulatory bodies. According to the official FCA warning from May 4, 2022, this company is listed as an unauthorized firm and has no official registration to provide financial services in the UK, meaning it does not offer access to services such as the Financial Ombudsman Service or FSCS protection.

Some independent sources (such as WikiFX reports) claim MetaGold Capital is registered in Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, but this registration does not equate to real global financial regulation and does not have a valid license for providing financial services from top-tier regulatory authorities.
