CySEC Cancels CIF license of AMP Global Ltd

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has decided to withdraw AMP Global Ltd's Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) licenses, Number 360/18. AMP Global had held its CIF license since June 2018, and its cancellation was due to the company's voluntary surrender of it.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announces that, on its meeting of 2nd September 2024, has decided, according to section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive D187-05, to withdraw the Cyprus Investment Firm authorisation with Number 360/18 of AMP Global Ltd (LEI 254900IBOUORVOPTA088) (the Company), due to the Company's decision to expressly renounce it.
